Can I cancel or amend an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. There is a 15-minute window after placing an order in which you can contact us to cancel it. Please contact us by live chat or send an email to - hello@beachii.com.


What payment methods and options do I have?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Pay with Klarna, 3 interest-free instalments allow you to split your purchases into smaller payment amounts, these are automatically charged to your debit or credit card every 30 days. It’s simple, there is no interest and no catch.


I’ve not received my order?

Standard UK orders should arrive within 3-5 days, during peak periods this may be slightly longer. If your order has not arrived within this time frame please contact us by email - hello@beachii.com so we can help you with locating your order.

How do I create a Beachii account?

Creating your account is simple and easy.

  • Go to www.beachii.com
  • Click ‘My account’ in the top right corner
  • Enter your details to create an account, making sure all fields are complete
  • Now your account is created. You’ll be able to see your order history and personal details here.
  • Next time you shop with us, log in for faster checkout.

How do I update my personal details?

To update your personal details, log into your account and select ‘Account details’, here you will be able to view and update your details.

If you need to change your email address on your account, please contact us by sending an email to hello@beachii.com or through live chat. 

How do I unsubscribe from the email mailing list?

You’ll find an unsubscribe link in all of our emails, just click the unsubscribe button which will allow you to update your email preferences.
