How can I return my order?
If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us by email in order for us to arrange and process your return.
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact our customer care team here.
Please ensure that your return is packaged securely and for your protection, please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Funds can only be credited to the same payment method that was originally used.

Conditions
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all the original tags and labels attached. Please see the below tips for keeping your items in a returnable condition:
Swimwear - Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective strip.
Dresses and Tops - Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off onto the garment.
Shoes and Sandals - Shoes can scuff easily on hard surfaces, please try on shoes on carpet.
